Applications are invited from suitable candidates having domicile of FATA / Khyber Pukhtunkhwa for the following position of ADB funded project in a Public Sector Organization, Peshawar on contract basis as per Govt. of Pakistan (Regulation Wing) standard pay package for the project staff, initially for the period of one year which is extendable on satisfactory performance of appointee till the project life. Preference will be given to FATA domicile holders.

Qualification / Experience: Qualified MBA / Bachelors of Engineering (Civil) / Master degree or above in Economics, Social or Natural Science Field that is related to development having minimum experience of 12 years in intellectual leadership in Project Management, Designing and managing policies and programs, determining organizational approaches, establishing strategic, national or international partnership and resource mobilization.
Pay Packages PKR: 175,000-8750-280,000
TORs: Defining and implementing standardized project management methodology. Ability of monitoring the progress and ensuring a consistent status and progress reporting of project. Ability of operationalize partnerships and maintain good relation with stake holders. Demonstrating strategic and analytical kills and capacity to guide development of policies and strategies.
1. Covering letter, updated CV (including Contact details, Educational Details, professional qualifications, trainings, skills etc.), 04 recent photographs, attested copies of testimonials (degrees / certificates), CNIC and Domicile.
2. Incomplete documents and those received after due date will not be entertained.
3. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interviews, dates of which will be communicated accordingly.
4. The competent authority reserves the right to cancel the recruitment process.
5. The appointee shall be considered as project employee and will have no right of regular status.
6. His contract shall be terminated ant time assigning a valid reason.
7. No TA/DA shall be admissible for interview.
