1. Director Water Resources Planning & Management (1 Post) SPRU
(Maximum Age 60 years)
Pay Rs. 225,000/P.M (in case of contract employee) or pay & allowance of BS-19 + project allowance as per Government Policy (in case of appointment by transfer)
- B.Sc Civil Engineering with at least 15 years relevant experience or M.Sc in Civil / Irrigation Engineering / Master Degree in Water Resources Engineering / Management or Hydraulics from recognized university with at least 10 years experience.
- Should have experience of design, planning, implementation, monitoring & management of water projects.
- Departmental officers are also eligible to apply. In case of selection of departmental officer has appointment will be made by transfer.
- Persons has domiciled in the province of Punjab are eligible to apply.
2. Deputy Director Climate Change (1 Post) SPRU
(Maximum age 55 years)
Pay Rs. 175,000/P.M (in case of contract employee) or pay & allowance of BS-18 + project allowance as per Government Policy (in case of appointment by transfer)
- M.Sc in Environmental Engineering or Masters in Environmental Sciences or Water Resources Engineering or related subjects from recognized university with 8 years experience.
- Demonstrable experience in awareness raising on climate change.
- Implementation of climate change policy.
- Should have knowledge of climate change policy and implementation plan.
- Departmental officers are also eligible to apply. In case of selection of departmental officer his appointment will be made by transfer.
- Persons domiciled in province of Punjab are eligible to apply.
3. Deputy Director Water Informatics (1 Post) SPRU
(Maximum Age 55 years)
Pay Rs. 185,000/P.M (in case of contract employee) or pay & allowance of BS-18 + project allowance as per Government policy (in case of appointment by transfer)
- B.Sc Civil Engineering / Agriculture Engineering with at least 8 years experience.
- Candidate having additional qualification of M.Sc Computer Science will be preferred.
- Experience of Mathematical flow models, water informatics, experience in using of software of 3D modelling for simulation of surface as well as groundwater conditions.
- Departmental officers are eligible to apply. In case of selection of departmental officer his appointment will be made by transfer.
- Persons domiciled in the province of Punjab are eligible to apply.
4. Deputy Director Ground water Management (1 Post) SPRU
(Maximum age 55 years)
Pay Rs. 175,000/P.M (in case of contract employee) or pay & allowance of BS-18 + project allowance as per Government Policy (in case of appointment by transfer)
- M.Sc in Water Resource Management or Soil Science or Geology with specialization in Hydrology or Agriculture Engineering from recognized University with at least 8 years experience in the field of GW monitering and management,
- He must have knowledge of GIS and mathematical modelling.
- Departmental officers are also eligible to apply. In case of selection of departmental officer his appointment will be made by transfer.
- Persons domiciled in the province of Punjab are eligible to apply.
5. Deputy Director Financial & Economic Planning (1 Post) SPRU
(Maximum age 55 years)
Pay Rs. 175,000/P.M (in case of contract employee) or pay & allowance of BS-18 + project allowance as per Government Policy (in case of appointment by transfer)
- Master degree in Economics or agriculture economics form a recognized university with 8 years experience in the relevant field.
- Should have experience of economic and financial analysis and cost benefit ratio of different projects.

- Persons domiciled in the province of Punjab are eligible to apply.
6. Deputy Director Legal Affairs (1 Post) SPRU
(Maximum age 55 years)
Pay Rs. 185,000/P.M (in case of contract employee) or pay & allowance of BS-18 + project allowance as per Government Policy (in case of appointment by transfer)
- Bachelors degree in Law from recognized university License to practice law in the lower courts and high court.
- 10 years of experience of dealing contract agreements, legal drafting, environmental and social laws.
- Experience of working with Government Departments in similar position and dealing with connected matters will be preferred.
- Enrolled as Advocate High Court Environment as Advocate Supreme Court of Pakistan will be a plus.
- Excellent networking and relationship with lawyers community and bars associations.
- Knowledge of practice related to Human Resources.
- Able to handle with completed and complex legal issues.

7. Assistant Director Asset Management (1 Post) SPRU
(Maximum age 45 years)
Pay Rs. 125,000/P.M (in case of contract employee) or pay & allowance of BS-17 + project allowance as per Government Policy (in case of appointment by transfer)
- B.Sc civil engineering from a recognized university with at least 2 years experience.
- Should have basic knowledge of Hydraulics structure.
- Experience in Design / Asset Management of Hydraulics structures.
- Departmental officers are also eligible to apply. In case of selection of departmental officer his appointment will be made by transfer.
- Persons domiciled in the province of Punjab are eligible to apply.
8. Office Assistant (1 Post) SPRU
(Maximum age 45 years)
Pay Rs. 45,000/P.M (in case of contract employee) or pay & allowance of BS-16 + project allowance as per Government Policy (in case of appointment by transfer)
- Graduate in any field of Education with years experience or F.A with 10 years experience in the office documentation / file management.
- Should be computer literate and have experience of MS Office.
- Persons domiciled in the province of Punjab are eligible to apply.
9. Computer Operator (3 Posts) SPRU
(Maximum age 40 years)
Pay Rs. 35,000/P.M (in case of contract employee) or pay & allowance of BS-14 + project allowance as per Government Policy (in case of appointment by transfer)
- Intermediate in Computer Science (ICS) or Diploma in Computer Science or F.Sc with Computer courses.
- Minimum 5 years experience as Data entry/ computer operator.
- Excellent command in MS Office and other related software.
- Persons domiciled in the province of Punjab are eligible to apply.
10. Driver (5 Posts) SPRU
(Maximum Age 45 years)
Pay Rs. 25,000/P.M (in case of contract employee) or pay & allowance of BS-4 + project allowance as per Government Policy (in case of appointment by transfer)
- Literate
- Should have valid driving License of car/ LTV
- Should have experience of more than 10 years.
- Should have clean driving record.
- Should have experience of working as professional driver in office environment.

11. Sweeper (1 Post) SPRU
(Maximum age 30 years)
Pay Rs. 20,000/P.M (in case of contract employee) or pay & allowance of BS-1 + project allowance as per Government Policy (in case of appointment by transfer)
- Literate
- Should have experience of different office environment and cleaning.
- Persons domiciled in Punjab are eligible to apply.
NOTE:
1. The above posts are on contract basis, for an initial period up to 30th June, 2019. Government employees are eligible to apply through proper channel. In case of Departmental Candidates, their appointment will be made by transfer.
2.
