National Rural Support Programme (NRSP) is looking for an energetic, well experienced and dedicated professional for the following position under one of its Action Research Project ''Strengthening Schools'' Accountability Mechanism through Participation addressing education quality and equity in Pakistan. The project is a collaborative research initiative between NRSP in Pakistan, Swedish Committee for Afghanistan and Norwegian Afghanistan Committee in Afghanistan, Washington university in St Louis. United States, University of Cambridge, UK and Centre for Evaluation & Development C4ED, Germany. The Research team is composed of members of these institutions.
Required Qualification / Experience: Master level qualification in relevant field (Social Work, International Development, Demography etc.). Experience with data collection and management. Proficient in the design and use of quantitative methods of research, particularly monitoring and evaluation.
Duty Station: Preferably South Punjab (Rahim Yar Khan, Bahawalpur, Vehari or Bahawalnagar)
Salary Package: Rs. 125,000 inclusive all.
Duration of employment is initially 11 months only then extendable up to 4 years.
