MEDICAL TEACHING INSTITUTION ABBAOTTABAD
The Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has designated Ayub Medical College and Ayub Teaching Hospital Abbottabad as Medical Teaching Institution under Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Teaching Institution Act, 2015 and granted autonomous status to the institution. MTI/AMC & ATH need services of eligible candidates for the following positions:
Qualification & Experience: Recognized Medical Degree with Management or administrative experience in management positions in a Health Institution or Organization as may be prescribed by the board;
Candidate will have a record of excellence clinical care and have at least three year experience in a leading major hospital or clinical unit in any clinical discipline including Medicine and its sub specialties, Radiology and Imaging services, Pathology or any other major clinical unit.
- Ensure clinical excellence in all aspects of hospital functions.
- Ensure timely and appropriate management of patients.
- Ensuring best outcomes for all patients.
- Undertake clinical governance for quality control.
- Assessing and auditing of existing clinical programs and developing new clinical programs.
- Develop an annual clinical budget including capital medical equipment requests for presentation to the hospital director and board.
1. The position shall be filled on contract basis for the period of three years extendable for further two terms of three years each and selectee will be required to do IBP.
2. Attractive salary and benefits would be offered to the selected person.
3. Selection shall be made by Selection Committee constituted by the Board and appointment shall be made by the Board of Governess.
4. Only short listed candidates shall be called for the interview by Section Committee.
